So, I'm trying to make a list of generous hosts known to offer free or discounted price for certain clients.

According to the fellow member of WebHostingTalk, many hosts do provide Free or discounted hosting/services if asked by a proper organization. They just don't show because they can be flooded by the demands.

• Ambitious Lemon: (I like the funny naming and the simple web design.) Free for charities, students, artists, and freeware developers.

Unfortunately, they arrn't taking free hosting account.

But they still take qualified non-profits.

Recently, I found that Karl (of Utropic) is a guy who doesn't respect his words.

Also, I knew he has hard time admitting mistakes.

Although it doesn't change the fact that he publicly declared to offer FREE business class bandwidth for even a video streaming project, I'm not sure if it's a good idea to trust your data to someone like that.
