PowWeb WAS a one of the best Low-budget hosting provider.

I could recommend PowWeb for:

• Personal web site
• Small relaxed business site (such as Hostwick.com)
• Educational site

They offered economical, yet pretty flexible and safe hosting package. PowWeb had very powerfull hardware and redundant server setup, too.

Also, there was a very active user forum, where you could get support from fellow users.

However, you should have looked for other hosts, in case:

• You wanted 100% absolute up-time.
• You wanted be treated like a king, a star.
• You wanted quick responses to any questions/demand of yours.
• You had blaming/demanding attitude.
• You wanted high-security mission critical hosting.
• You planed to abuse as much server resources as host can offer.
• You needed support for every steps of installing/configuring/managing scripts.
